Certification Details

To apply for certification a student must have the following:

1) 24 credit hours;

2) a minimum 2.2 gpa;

3) one credit of ENGL 300 with evidence of projects OR sufficient evidence of facility in web authoring, animation, video production, and/or graphic design;

4) and a written statement of purpose (approximately 500-750 words) explaining how the DTC major supports the student’s career goals.

The certification forms can be found online at the DTC website or can be picked up at the door of Avery 223. They are available now and are due by Oct. 16 at 5:00 pm. No late or incomplete applications will be accepted.
